"Portland Police Crack Down on Illegal Street Event, Arrest Reckless Stunt Driver"

Portland Police broke up an illegal street takeover event and arrested 23-year-old Carter John Morse for reckless driving and unlawful street takeover after he was seen doing "drifting" stunts in a 2010 Cadillac CTS. Morse attempted to elude police by vehicle, drove into oncoming traffic lanes, and ran a red light before being stopped by a PIT maneuver. The police seized the Cadillac and issued civil forfeiture paperwork to permanently seize the vehicle.
