One of two Portland officers shot in Sullivan's Gulch has been released from the hospital; the other remains in stable condition. Investigators are asking residents with cameras in the NE 15th–19th Avenues and NE Broadway–Multnomah area to upload raw footage from 7:00 p.m. on Jan 19 to 7:00 a.m. on Jan 20 to aid case 26-18537; footage should not be edited and can be uploaded via the provided link or QR code.
