Police Rescue Woman from Serial Kidnapper in Dramatic Bodycam Footage

Akron Police rescued a woman, Chloe Jones, from a serial kidnapper, William Mozingo, who allegedly abducted her, beat her with a baseball bat, poured gasoline on her, and threatened to light her on fire while holding her captive in a detached garage for days. Bodycam footage shows police surrounding the shed and arresting Mozingo while other officers helped Jones escape through a hidden hole in the ceiling. Jones suffered severe injuries and spent three days in the ICU. Mozingo, who has a history of abduction and violence, is now facing multiple charges and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
