Maryland authorities have released a sketch of the suspect in the unsolved murder of Rachel Morin, who was killed while running on a trail in Bel Air last August. The Harford County Sheriff's Office has conducted numerous interviews and followed up on tips, and also released a podcast discussing the case. Genetic material found at the scene has been linked to a home invasion in Los Angeles, and surveillance video from the incident has been released. The reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction has been increased to $35,000.
