Police in Lewiston, Maine are investigating multiple scenes after a mass shooting that left at least 16 people dead. The person of interest, Robert Card, is a firearms instructor trained by the military and was recently committed to a mental health facility. Card had reported hearing voices and had threatened to carry out a shooting at a military training base. The suspect remains at large, and residents and business owners have been advised to stay inside and off the streets. Dozens of people have also been wounded in the shootings.
