Police make arrest in South Memphis abduction and rape cases.

Laderio Gordon, 29, has been identified as the suspect in a string of rapes and abductions involving children in South Memphis. He is charged with kidnapping, rape of a child, and employing a firearm with the intention to commit a felony. Gordon allegedly abducted a 12-year-old girl at gunpoint, forced her to perform oral sex on him, and then returned her to the same location where she was abducted. He was taken into custody and admitted to the crime. No bond has been set.
