Police identify suspect in Owatonna homicide, victim's family releases statement.

The Owatonna Police department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect in connection with the death of 25-year-old Sabrina Lee Schnoor, who was found on May 30 under the I-35 bridge overpass as a homicide. The victim's family released a statement describing her as a beautiful young lady with a pure soul and innocence. The suspect, 38-year-old Jason Lee Horner, is described as white, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 215 pounds with short brown hair and hazel eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Owatonna police department immediately.
