Police Harassment Alleged in Fatal Shooting of 17-Year-Old

The family of a 17-year-old boy who was shot by police in Baltimore claims that officers had been harassing him for some time. The police said that the teenager was shot while running away and that he had a gun with an extended magazine. The family disputes the police's version of events and says that the boy was shot in the back. The family has been contacted by attorney Ben Crump, who has agreed to represent them free of charge.
