Police Foil Kidnapping Attempt in North Austin Store

Five officers from the Austin Police Department successfully stopped a kidnapping attempt in north Austin after a child reported being kidnapped and the kidnappers were still in a store. The officers detained multiple suspects found in a vehicle in the parking lot and an additional suspect inside the store. One suspect was arrested, and charges are pending for the others.
