Police fatally shoot man in Farmington after address confusion.

New Mexico State Police released a video showing Farmington police officers shooting and killing Robert Dotson after responding to the wrong address for a domestic violence call. The video shows Dotson opening the door armed, and officers firing at him immediately. Farmington Police Chief Steve Hebbe said officers didn't announce themselves again after Dotson opened the door because they were startled. Dotson's wife also fired at officers after her husband was shot. The involved officers are on paid leave, and state police are investigating.
