Police Chief Caught on Camera Asking Officer to Turn Off Camera During DUI Stop

A captain with the Oklahoma City Police Department was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after being stopped by a fellow officer. Body camera footage shows the captain repeatedly asking the officer to turn off his camera. The officer refused, stating that he has taken an oath to uphold the law and does not show favoritism to anyone. The captain was eventually placed in handcuffs and the department will conduct a criminal and administrative investigation into his actions.
