Plastic Surgeon Accused of Murder Utilized Drugs, Vehicles, and Special Tactics, Prosecutors Allege

Prosecutors have revealed chilling details in the case of Florida plastic surgeon Dr. Tomasz Kosowski, who is accused of killing attorney Steven Cozzi. According to court filings, Kosowski had a paralyzing drug, a wagon to transport the body, and a pickup truck with a special license plate flipping device to avoid detection. Although Cozzi's body has not been found, investigators used cellphone records and surveillance video to track Kosowski to a remote area where they believe he disposed of the body. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty, while Kosowski's lawyers argue that the case against him is flimsy.
