"Pizza Hut Employee Charged with Homicide Over Inheritance Dispute"

A Pizza Hut worker, Kavonn Ingram, was charged with the first-degree homicide of his manager, Alex Stengel, in the restaurant's kitchen over a $7,000 inheritance check the victim had cashed earlier. Stengel was shot, had his throat slashed, and was stabbed before being wrapped in a garbage bag and dumped in a dumpster outside the Pizza Hut. Ingram was arrested after being spotted on surveillance footage dragging the body outside and faces a life sentence on the first-degree homicide charge, along with other charges.
