"Pittsburgh Bar Owner Arrested for Illegally Reopening Padlocked Nuisance Property"

The owner of a Pittsburgh bar that was padlocked for operating without a liquor license was arrested after allegedly hiring a locksmith to enter the property. Derrick Hemby, the owner of Club Energy, was released on felony charges of trespass and solicitation. The bar was one of two establishments padlocked by the Allegheny County Sheriff's Department due to being nuisance properties. Hemby allegedly hired a locksmith to change the locks on the front door and inside the building, despite being notified of the court order. Hearings on the injunctions are scheduled for Wednesday.
