"Philadelphia Biker Pleads Guilty to Aggravated Assault in Viral Video Attack"

Cody Heron, a Philadelphia motorcyclist, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime after kicking in the rear windshield of a woman's car with her two children inside and pointing a gun at her head in a viral video. The incident occurred on Oct. 1 when a group of ATV and dirt bike riders converged in the Center City neighborhood. Heron was caught on video kicking in the victim's windshield, pointing a handgun at the woman, and then headbutting and shoving her before speeding away.
