Person of Interest in Custody for Murder of Detroit Neurosurgeon

A person of interest has been taken into custody in connection with the murder of Dr. Devon Hoover, a well-known neurosurgeon in Detroit. Police have confirmed that the attack was not random and that Hoover knew his killer. The person in custody is being held on an unrelated warrant but is believed to have information about the murder.
