Pediatrician Faces Lawsuit for Alleged Sexual Assault on Mother During Baby's Exam

A Virginia pediatrician, Dr. Martin Seth Forman, is facing a third civil lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a mother during her baby's examination. The mother alleges that Forman straddled her legs and rubbed his penis against her while pretending to examine her son's ears. She also claims that he touched her breasts. This comes after Forman and his clinic were hit with a $1.3 million civil verdict for allegedly fondling a 15-year-old patient's breasts during a "house call." The mother is seeking $2 million in damages and accuses the clinic of having knowledge of Forman's behavior. Forman denies all allegations, and the clinic is being sued for $8.7 million by the parents of another patient. The Virginia State Police did not investigate the mother's allegations, and the Department of Health Professions declined to discipline Forman in previous cases.
