Parent Arrested for Assaulting School Bus Driver in Front of Children

A 27-year-old Arizona mother, Hermenegilda Marquez, is facing aggravated assault charges for allegedly attacking a 64-year-old school bus driver in front of children, causing the victim's pacemaker to shock her. The incident, caught on surveillance footage, occurred after Marquez accused the driver of saying things about her daughter, despite the driver denying any knowledge of Marquez or her daughter. Marquez's boyfriend intervened, but she continued to physically assault the driver before fleeing the scene. Marquez, who was already on unsupervised probation for a domestic violence assault conviction, showed no emotion when confronted with the footage and faces felony charges.
