Oklahoma Police Captain Arrested for DUI, Asks Officer to Turn Off Body Cam

A police captain for the Oklahoma City Police Department was arrested for DUI after being pulled over by a fellow officer. The captain repeatedly asked the officer to turn off his body camera during the stop. The officer conducted a field sobriety test, which the captain failed, and he was subsequently arrested. The department will conduct a criminal investigation followed by an administrative investigation. The captain is currently on leave with pay.
