Ohio Prison Escapees Found Hiding in Dumpster, Employees on Leave

Two inmates escaped from the Allen/Oakwood Correctional Institution in Lima, Ohio by hiding in a dumpster. One inmate has been arrested, while the other, convicted of murder, remains on the loose and is considered dangerous. Four prison employees have been placed on paid leave during the internal investigation. A reward of over $20,000 is being offered for information leading to the capture of the escaped inmate.
