Ohio Officers Fatally Shoot Armed Man Near Milwaukee RNC

Ohio police officers in Milwaukee for the Republican National Convention shot and killed a knife-wielding man who charged at an unarmed individual, sparking outrage among local residents who questioned the presence of out-of-state officers. The incident occurred near King Park, about a mile from the convention site, and body camera footage showed officers repeatedly commanding the man to drop the knives before firing. The man was identified as 43-year-old Samuel Sharpe, who lived in a nearby tent encampment.
