Officer-involved shootings in Landrum and South Carolina leave suspects dead.

A man accused of fatally stabbing a woman with a butcher knife was shot and killed by authorities in South Carolina. The man was found at the scene with a knife and did not comply with commands from authorities. After using a stun gun and K9, the man continued to come towards authorities, resulting in shots being fired by one Landrum police officer and two Spartanburg County deputies. No law enforcement officers were injured.
