Off-Duty South Carolina Officer Identifies as Shooter in Fatal Parking Lot Confrontation

An off-duty South Carolina police officer, identified as Anthony DeLustro, shot and killed a Winston-Salem man, Michael O'Neal, after an altercation in a Chick-fil-A parking lot. DeLustro sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital. The incident is being investigated by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division at the request of the Summerville Police Department.
