Off-duty Queens cop shot in road rage clash with brothers: NYPD

Two brothers have been charged with assault, attempted criminal possession of a weapon, and obstructing government administration after a road rage incident in Queens, New York. The altercation, caught on camera, involved the off-duty cop, Officer Christopher Campos, who was attacked by the brothers. The younger brother, Shawn Rivera, was charged with strangulation and criminal mischief for putting Campos in a chokehold and damaging his vehicle. The brothers were taken into custody and arraignments were pending. The off-duty officer was treated at the hospital and is expected to recover. Both brothers have previous criminal records.
