NYC Subway Violence: Ex-Con Fatally Stabbed and Suspect Charged.

A witness reported that Devictor Ouedraogo, who was fatally stabbed on a Brooklyn subway, was "acting obnoxious" and yelled he "was going to erase someone" before the altercation with Jordan Williams, who allegedly stabbed him. Ouedraogo had punched Williams' girlfriend in the face before the fight broke out. Williams was charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon. Ouedraogo had served time in prison for attempted robbery.
