NY State Trooper Charged in Fatal Bodycam Shooting

A New York state trooper, Anthony Nigro, has been charged with manslaughter for shooting an unarmed motorist, James Huber, to death after he refused to get out of his car following a high-speed chase in an incident captured on bodycam video. Nigro pleaded not guilty to first- and second-degree manslaughter and was released without bail.
