Craig Ross Jr., a 46-year-old man from New York, has been charged with child rape after allegedly abducting a nine-year-old girl and holding her captive in a camper behind his mother's trailer. Ross, who was initially arrested on kidnapping charges, now faces additional charges including first-degree rape and predatory sex assault against a child.
