Natalee Holloway case suspect to be extradited to US.

Joran van der Sloot, the prime suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, may be extradited to the U.S. to face federal charges stemming from an alleged plot to extort money from Holloway's mother. Holloway disappeared in Aruba in 2005 and her remains have never been found. Van der Sloot, who has been serving a 28-year prison sentence in Peru for killing another woman, has denied any wrongdoing in Holloway's disappearance. Peru's government has issued an order allowing van der Sloot to be temporarily extradited to the U.S. to face the charges.
