Nashville School Shooting Suspect Had Manifesto and Scouted Second Attack Location, Police Say.

A former student at the Covenant School in Nashville, Audrey Hale, killed three 9-year-old students and three adults in a targeted attack. Hale had maps of the school, a manifesto, and scouted a second possible attack location. She was armed with two AR-style weapons and a handgun, and was shot and killed by police during the attack. The incident is the 19th shooting at a school or university so far this year in which at least one person was wounded, according to a CNN tally.
