Multiple Women Killed in Separate Shootings in Marion County

A woman was shot and killed in Ocala on Friday night. The Marion County Sheriff's Office responded to the shooting and provided aid until medical assistance arrived. The woman was transported to a hospital but was pronounced dead. All parties involved in the shooting are accounted for, but no arrests have been made yet. The MCSO Major Crimes detectives are conducting interviews as part of the investigation.
