Multiple Shootings Result in Fatalities in Cedar Rapids and Minneapolis

A 23-year-old man was shot and killed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, early Sunday morning. The police were called to the scene and found the victim outside the address with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital but was later declared dead. The police believe this was a targeted incident and are asking anyone with information to come forward. An investigation is ongoing.
