Multiple Shootings on I-95 in Philadelphia Cause Extended Highway Closure

Three men in their 20s were shot on Interstate 95 in Northeast Philadelphia, leading to the closure of northbound lanes for about seven hours. One victim suffered a graze wound, another was in stable condition, and the third was in critical condition. The police found a vehicle with bullet holes but did not disclose the motive behind the shooting.
