Multiple Shootings Leave Injuries and Fatalities in Charlotte

A bail bondsman was shot multiple times and a suspect was also shot during a shootout in a residential area in southwest Charlotte. The bail bondsman had life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital, while the suspect is stable. One suspect was apprehended by CMPD officers, while another ran off. A woman in a nearby home was grazed by a bullet but did not require hospitalization. The incident occurred when a bail bondsman agency went to the neighborhood to serve warrants on the suspects who were not residents of the area.
