Multiple Shootings in Columbia Under Investigation by Police

Columbia police are investigating a homicide in the 3200 block of Dove Drive and have closed down streets in the area. The suspects are believed to be armed and dangerous, and police are searching for four black males who may be trying to flag down vehicles in the area. Another police scene in the 3800 block of West Gibbs Street is connected to the Dove Drive investigation. Despite the suspects not being in custody, police say there is no active threat to the community. Residents are encouraged to be cautious if approached by any of the suspects.
