Multiple Police Shootings in Mesa and Glendale Result in Suspects' Deaths

A man, identified as 28-year-old Shawn Gagne, was shot and killed by Mesa police during a reported barricade situation following a domestic dispute. The police responded to a call of shots fired and found Gagne with multiple handguns inside his apartment. After negotiations, eight officers exchanged gunfire with Gagne, resulting in his death. No officers or civilians were injured, and there are no outstanding suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
