Multiple Injuries Reported in Peoria Hit-and-Run and Vehicle Accidents

Two women were injured in a hit-and-run incident in Peoria when a car ran a red light and also hit a parked vehicle. The driver, identified as Nikolas A. Hammond, was later arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including hit-and-run, DUI, and leaving the scene of an accident. The victims were taken to a local hospital, with one sustaining serious injuries.
