Multiple incidents of vehicles crashing into ocean in New Smyrna Beach due to reckless driving and DUI charges.

A woman, identified as Sarah Ramsammy, was charged with DUI and reckless driving after she drove her car into the ocean at Smyrna Dunes in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Her blood alcohol level was almost twice the legal limit. Witnesses said the car narrowly missed a child and a dog at the dog-friendly park on the beach. Ramsammy was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail and later posted $1,500 bail.
