Multiple Homicides Shake Utica and Hinds County

One person was killed in a stabbing incident in Utica, New York. Utica Police responded to a call about blood leaking from a ceiling and discovered a deceased male in the bathtub of an apartment. The victim had been shot and stabbed multiple times. Colton Shaffer, a 25-year-old from Utica, was detained and charged with second-degree murder and possession of weapons.
