A second man, Marvin Louis Spruill, has been charged with bringing a gun onto North Carolina State University's campus, just a day after an N.C. State student, Adam Mahmoud Sulaiman, was charged with having a loaded AR-15-style rifle in his car on campus. Spruill was found with a 9 mm gun outside of student housing and was released on a $1,000 bond, while Sulaiman's father claimed it was a misunderstanding. The incidents have raised concerns about campus safety, particularly in light of recent school shootings.
