Multiple Guilty Pleas in U.S. Capitol Riot Cases

A father and son from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, have pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and demonstrating in a Capitol building during the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021. David and Christian Tyner face up to one year in prison, five years of probation, and $500 in restitution for damage caused during the riot. They are set to be sentenced on February 16.
