Multiple Bodies Discovered in Barrels Floating in South Carolina Lakes

A man has been arrested in South Carolina after human remains were found inside a barrel dumped in Lake Thicketty. The suspect, Eric Shawn Fetzer, has been charged with destruction, desecration, or removal of human remains. Investigators expect to make additional arrests in the case. The body, which had been in the container for several days, was sent to Spartanburg County for an autopsy as authorities believe the person was killed there. The investigation has been turned over to the coroner's office in Spartanburg County.
