Multiple Arson Incidents Cause Extensive Damage in Lincoln

A house fire in northwest Lincoln is being investigated as arson after suspicious burn marks were found in the house. The fire occurred in the basement of a single-story home while the residents were out of town. A bystander used a garden hose to extinguish the flames before firefighters arrived. The estimated damage to the property is $115,000, with an additional $50,000 in damage to its contents. Inspector Brad Hasenjaeger is leading the arson investigation.
