Theobald "Theo" Lengyel, a founding member of the Humboldt County band Mr. Bungle, was arrested for the murder of his girlfriend, Alice "Alyx" Kamakaokalani, who had been missing since December 3, 2023. Human remains believed to be hers were found in Tilden Regional Park, with DNA confirmation pending. Lengyel had a history of domestic violence with Kamakaokalani, including a restraining order and a divorce filing in 2017.
