Mother's shoplifting leads to car fire with children inside at Florida mall.

Alicia Moore left her three children in a car and went to shoplift at Dillard's. While inside the store, her car caught fire, and one child suffered severe burns. Moore dropped the stolen merchandise and fled the scene. She is charged with aggravated child neglect and arson. Moore also has outstanding warrants for petty theft, battery of a person 65 or older, and fleeing law enforcement.
