Mother's Arrest Captured on Police Video After Son's Tragic Death

A mother from Norwalk, Ohio, has been arrested and charged with endangering children and involuntary manslaughter following the death of her 8-year-old son in a house fire. The mother allegedly left her two sons, aged 10 and 8, alone for a few minutes while she went to the bank, and upon her return, she found the house on fire. Police believe the fire was caused by poorly discarded smoking material, which they suspect was left by the mother. The mother was captured on police body camera video telling the officer to "just go" and "get it over with" as she was being arrested. She is due back in court in the coming weeks.
