The mother of Samantha Hutchinson, who was killed by an alleged drunk driver on her wedding night, has criticized the driver's "conscious choice" to drink and drive. Toxicology reports revealed that Jamie Lee Komoroski had a blood-alcohol level of 0.261, more than three times the legal limit, at the time of the crash. Samantha's husband, Aric Hutchinson, was severely injured in the accident. Komoroski remains in jail without bond and is reportedly on suicide watch.
