Mother directs 14-year-old son to shoot and kill man at hot dog stand

A woman and her 14-year-old son have been charged with first-degree murder after she allegedly instructed him to shoot a man at a Chicago hot dog stand. The victim was in the vestibule of the fast food restaurant with the woman when he was fatally shot. The mother is also charged with one felony count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The pair were arrested in connection to the June 18 late-night killing of 32-year-old Jeremy A. Brown.
