Mother and son cleared of charges in Chicago restaurant shooting directed by mom.

A video has emerged showing the moments leading up to a fatal shooting at a Chicago restaurant, in which a mother allegedly encouraged her 14-year-old son to kill a man she was fighting with. The man, Jeremy Brown, was arguing with Carlishia Hood when he punched her repeatedly. Hood then reportedly texted her son to come to the restaurant and shoot Brown. The teen shot Brown in the back and continued shooting as he ran from the store. Hood allegedly told her son to keep shooting Brown and kill his girlfriend. Both Hood and her son were charged with first-degree murder, but the charges were later dropped due to "emerging evidence."
