Katie Sorenson, a social media influencer, has been convicted of making a false report of a crime after claiming that a couple tried to kidnap her children at a Michael's store in Petaluma. Sorenson's report was determined to be false and was contradicted by the accused couple as well as the surveillance video from the store.
