Missing Kentucky Baby Found, Mother Arrested After Standoff.

An Amber Alert was issued for a missing seven-month-old baby, Jocelyn Lair, from Monticello, Kentucky, who was last seen with her mother, Shelley Lair, in a red 2010 Ford Focus. The Amber Alert was later canceled, and no further details were released. The baby was assumed to be in great danger due to her mother's drug use and past exposure and overdose. The Department for Community Based Services has an emergency custody order for the child. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
